Level 2 – A course open to all levels with learning rhythms and belly dance movements.
Learn Arabic rhythms and how to dance to them. Recognizing the rhythms is fantastic because it helps the dancer to follow the music.
We go through rhythms from the ground up. What are they made of? How do you know which one is which?
We learn a rhythm and dance to it with basic movement (and layers for those who wants to). The movements can be with hips, shoulders, belly etc.
