Note that if you choose Normal, we cannot be responsible if the package gets lost at Postnord as it is not traceable. Specified times are the times the post office takes to deliver the package. We also take 1-3 days to pack the item.

Discount codes are intended for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other offers.
If you try to enter a discount code and it doesn’t work, it has probably expired.
For any other issues with discount codes, please send us an email and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Gift voucher

The gift cards are sent via email and cannot be returned in exchange for cash.
The unused amount will be available to use again on the same gift card code.
If your total order is more than the amount on your gift card, you will need to pay the difference by credit card.

Right of complaint

The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation.
If you wish to make a complaint regarding a defect in an ordered product, you must contact us at shop@selinasevil.se as soon as possible after you discover the defect.
Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered to have been submitted in due time.
You as a consumer have a 3-year right of complaint.

Made-to-order items

All products where you see the word “order” item next to the picture mean that the item is not in stock.
You can still place an order, the item will then be ordered from the manufacturer and delivered to you as soon as possible.
If you need an item before a certain date, please send us an email.
We will be able to better advise you on delivery options based on the manufacturer’s delivery date.
Please note that if an order is placed, this is a binding order and we will ship it as soon as we have received the item in stock.

Modify an order

You can change an order by contacting customer service via email at shop@selinasevil.se.
Include your order number in your message.
Your order cannot be changed via the website if you have already clicked “place your order”, as it will be processed immediately.
You cannot change your order if the order has already been shipped for delivery.

Discount system

Yes, for larger orders we offer a discount, please send us an email in such cases with your orders.

Withdrawal

You always have the right of withdrawal for 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us of this within 14 days from the time you or an agent of yours has received the ordered product (the withdrawal period).
The easiest way to notify us is to email us at shop@selinasevil.se.
The item must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified us that you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
The item must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in its original packaging.

If you regret a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping.
We will refund the amount for the item and shipping in the same way as you paid it to us, i.e. by Swish or bank transfer.
Refunds are made within 14 days from the time we receive your return and have been able to go through the shipment and see that it has been sent back in the condition described above.
We are of course responsible for the return shipping in case of approved complaints.

For uncollected letters or packages, we will charge you for the shipping cost to you.
In addition to this, we also charge an administrative fee for the return shipping to us, administration and handling, currently SEK 60.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain clothes for hygiene reasons such as belly nets and belly dance costumes with bras.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to ordered goods that we take home according to your wishes, such as a made-to-measure belly dance costume.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to activities such as dance lessons. Read more about the Swedish law for the right of withdrawal here.

When buying used goods, the same right of withdrawal applies, however, you do not have the right to complain about goods with defects and beauty defects that we have clearly informed about.

If you are looking for something special that is not on our site, please send us an email.
Even if you are looking for something tailor-made, you are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.
We have access to a fantastic network and we are proud of our work.
We will always do our best to cater to our customers.

Lost packages

Contact your local post office and they will help locate the missing delivery.
We will do everything possible to help you, but are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We apologize if this situation has affected your shipment.

Order times

Orders are usually processed the next business day.
During peak hours, it can take up to 3 business days to process your order.
Then the post office will have time to send the package.
Please be indulgent and patient as we process your order as soon as possible.
If you absolutely need a product urgently, leave this information in the comments section of the checkout and contact us by email immediately after your order.
Please remember that delivery is generally not done on Saturdays and orders will not normally be processed on weekends and holidays.

The store belongs to Dansöz’s association and is therefore a non-profit non-profit association and therefore does not register VAT.

About the store

We offer products from oriental dance to dancers around the world.
The products are handpicked from the Middle East and are carefully selected so that you can pamper the belly dancer inside you.
Behind the range and recommendations is the professional belly dancer Selina.
She has been performing and teaching oriental dance for more than 15 years.
Her travels to Middle Eastern textile markets and souks in the Gulf have really made her find pearls.
Which she wants to share with other belly dance enthusiasts.

Force Majeure such as labour conflict, natural event, war, government decision, government intervention, strike, lockout, flood, serious accident, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious contagion or any other circumstance beyond Dansöz’s control that prevents Dansöz from fulfilling its contractual obligations relieves Dansöz from fulfilling its obligations.
