WHY SHOULD YOU USE DANCE SHOES?

DANCE SHOES FOR BEGINNERS
If this is the first time you are going to dance in shoes, it can be good to start with a lower heel. A wider heel also gives the dancer more stability than a thinner heel. Once you get used to a lower dance shoe with a thicker heel, you can switch to a shoe with a higher and narrower heel.

Foot undies are soft dance shoes that can cover the entire sole of the foot or just the front of the sole of the foot. They are mainly used for training but also for performance. Foot undies come in many colors. It is popular with skin-colored foot undies. But they often also come in: black, white and patterned.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY DANCE SHOES GET SLIP?
