The gift cards are sent via email and cannot be returned in exchange for cash.
\nThe unused amount will be available to use again on the same gift card code.

Right of complaint<\/p>\n

The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation.
\nIf you wish to make a complaint regarding a defect in an ordered product, you must contact us at shop@selinasevil.se as soon as possible after you discover the defect.
\nComplaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered to have been submitted in due time.
\nYou as a consumer have a 3-year right of complaint. <\/p>\n

Made-to-order items<\/p>\n

All products where you see the word “order” item next to the picture mean that the item is not in stock.
\nYou can still place an order, the item will then be ordered from the manufacturer and delivered to you as soon as possible.
\nIf you need an item before a certain date, please send us an email.
\nWe will be able to better advise you on delivery options based on the manufacturer’s delivery date.
\nPlease note that if an order is placed, this is a binding order and we will ship it as soon as we have received the item in stock. <\/p>\n

Modify an order<\/p>\n

You can change an order by contacting customer service via email at shop@selinasevil.se.
\nInclude your order number in your message.
\nYour order cannot be changed via the website if you have already clicked “place your order”, as it will be processed immediately.
\nYou cannot change your order if the order has already been shipped for delivery. <\/p>\n

Yes, for larger orders we offer a discount, please send us an email in such cases with your orders.<\/p>\n

Withdrawal<\/p>\n

You always have the right of withdrawal for 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
\nThis means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us of this within 14 days from the time you or an agent of yours has received the ordered product (the withdrawal period).
\nThe easiest way to notify us is to email us at shop@selinasevil.se.
\nThe item must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified us that you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
\nThe item must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in its original packaging. <\/p>\n

If you regret a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping.
\nWe will refund the amount for the item and shipping in the same way as you paid it to us, i.e. by Swish or bank transfer.
\nRefunds are made within 14 days from the time we receive your return and have been able to go through the shipment and see that it has been sent back in the condition described above.
\nWe are of course responsible for the return shipping in case of approved complaints. <\/p>\n

For uncollected letters or packages, we will charge you for the shipping cost to you.
\nIn addition to this, we also charge an administrative fee for the return shipping to us, administration and handling, currently SEK 60. <\/p>\n

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain clothes for hygiene reasons such as belly nets and belly dance costumes with bras.
\nThe right of withdrawal also does not apply to ordered goods that we take home according to your wishes, such as a made-to-measure belly dance costume.

When buying used goods, the same right of withdrawal applies, however, you do not have the right to complain about goods with defects and beauty defects that we have clearly informed about.<\/p>\n

\nEven if you are looking for something tailor-made, you are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

Lost packages<\/p>\n

Contact your local post office and they will help locate the missing delivery.
\nWe will do everything possible to help you, but are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders are usually processed the next business day.
\nDuring peak hours, it can take up to 3 business days to process your order.
